By accessing, browsing, or subscribing to any features on Jawa Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jawa LLC.

1. The Jawa Circle Community

By submitting your email address to join the Jawa Circle, you agree to receive digital communications from Jawa LLC. You agree to provide an accurate, active email address owned by you. We reserve the right to moderate our community list and remove entries that appear fraudulent or malicious.

2. Digital Product License

When you purchase a digital product, template, tracker, or workspace from our external checkout points, you are granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license issued by Jawa LLC.

  • Authorized Use: You may use the asset for your personal use, lifestyle management, or internal personal organization.
  • Prohibited Use: You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, clone, reverse-engineer, or share the source links/files with third parties. Piracy, group-buying, or unauthorized commercial exploitation will result in immediate revocation of access without a refund and will be pursued under UAE intellectual property laws.

3. Strict No-Refund Policy

Important Notice

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Because digital assets, files, and templates are instantly accessible, duplicated, and downloadable upon purchase, we cannot offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances. By completing your checkout via Salla, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this policy.

4. Payments, Pricing, and Routing

All regional and international transactions are processed in AED, SAR, or USD via our Salla integration.

All prices displayed are subject to local transactional fees or taxes where applicable. We reserve the right to alter pricing, run promotional campaigns, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Jawa LLC provides premium digital tools and systems. While we design our assets to maximize efficiency and performance, they are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jawa LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal disputes arising from the use of this storefront, its subscriptions, or our digital assets will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts of Sharjah, UAE.
